Milestone College Photography Club is proud to present “1st International Photography Exhibition by MCPC 2016”; an international college photography competition and exhibition.
Event Date and Venue:
22-24 August, 2016
at Milestone College, Dhaka.
Event Time:
from 09.00 AM to 03.00 PM
Open for all school and college students up to HSC batch 2015.
INSTRUCTION FOR PHOTO SUBMISSION:
Category: We have three different categories.
1. Digital Camera Photography.
2. Mobile Photography.
3. DSLR Camera Photography.
Category code:
1. Digital Camera Photography - DCP
2. Mobile Photography - MP
3. DSLR Camera Photography - DSLR
Rules:
1. One participant can submit maximum 4 Number of photos in each category. A Photographer can participate in all categories or any two categories or one category.
2. Photo must be 3000 pixel (minimum) in the longer side.
3. Rename your photo as follows,
YOUR NAME_COLLEGE NAME_CATEGORY CODE_CAPTION_PHONE
Example: Tanvir_Milestone College_DCP_আলোছায়া_01XXXXXXXXX
4. Mention "CATEGORY_YOUR NAME" in subject of the mail and send mail to “ mcpcexhibition@gmail.com ’’
Parcipants must give post on facebook event page after mail submission.
5. Photo montage, digital manipulation, stitching photos together and/or composites are allowed. In that case the photographer must be the sole owner of each of the photos used in composite.
Photographers may need proof (if required) of his ownership of the image only his/her photo get selected.
6. MCPC reserves the right to ask proof of participants studentship only if his/her photo get selected.
7. Please send each category image in a separate e-mail.
8. Both color and b&w photos are acceptable.
9. Border or Watermarks are NOT acceptable.
10. Only jpg/jpeg versions are acceptable.
11. You will be given certificate after the end of the exhibition.
12. If any photographer want to sell his work in that case s/he will receive 50% of the sold money and rest 50% will go to MCPC authority.
13. MCPC reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the competition at any time.

• ছবি জমা দেয়ার নির্দেশনা :
ক্যাটেগরি: ৩টি ক্যাটাগরিতে ছবি জমা দেয়া যাবে।

৩. ডি.এস.এল.আর ফটোগ্রাফি

• ছবি পাঠানোর নিয়মাবলী:
১. একজন ফটোগ্রাফার একটি ক্যাটেগরিতে সর্বোচ্চ ৪টি ছবি জমা দিতে পারবেন।
সেক্ষেত্রে একজন ফটোগ্রাফার ৩টি ক্যাটেগরিতে সর্বোচ্চ ১২টি ছবি সাবমিট করতে পারবেন।
২. ছবির রেজুলেশান সর্বনিম্ন ৩০০০পিক্সেল(দীর্ঘতর পাশে) হতে হবে।
৩. ছবির নামকরণের নিয়মাবলী:
YOUR NAME_COLLEGE NAME_CATEGORY CODE_CAPTION_PHONE
উদাহরণ: Tanvir_Milestone College_DCP_আলোছায়া_01XXXXXXXXX
৪. মেইল সাবজেক্টে "CATEGORY_YOUR NAME" উল্লেখ করে দিতে হবে।
উদাহরণ: ‘DCP_TANVIR’
৫. “ mcpcexhibition@gmail.com ’’ এ ছবি পাঠাতে হবে এবং ছবি পাঠানোর পর কনফার্মেশনের জন্য ফেইবুক ইভেন্ট পেজে পোস্ট দিতে হবে।
৬. সকল ধরনের ডিজিটাল ম্যানিপুলেশন(স্টিচিং, মার্জিং, HDR, কম্পোজিট) গ্রহণযোগ্য। এক্ষেত্রে ফটোগ্রাফারকে ম্যানিপুলেশনে ব্যবহৃত প্রতিটি অংশের একক স্বত্বাধিকার হতে হবে এবং ছবি নির্বাচিত হলে সেক্ষেত্রে MCPC পরিচালকগণ যথোপযুক্ত প্রমাণ চাওয়ার অধিকার রাখেন।
৭. একজন ফটোগ্রাফার একাধিক ক্যাটেগরিতে ছবি জমা দেয়ার ক্ষেত্রে প্রতিটি ক্যাটেগরির ছবি আলাদা মেইলে পাঠাতে হবে।
৮. সাদাকালো এবং রঙিন উভয় ধরনের ছবিই গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে।
৯. লোগো, নাম, ওয়াটারমার্ক এবং বর্ডারযুক্ত ছবি বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে।
১০. এক্সিবিশনের শেষদিনে নির্বাচিত ফটোগ্রাফারদেরকে সার্টফিকেট দেয়া হবে।
১১. প্রদর্শনীতে ছবি বিক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে ফটোগ্রাফার ৫০% এবং MCPC ৫০% বিক্রয় অর্থ পাবে।
১২. MCPC পরিচালকগণ প্রদর্শনীর যে কোন নিয়মনীতি পরিবর্তন, সংশোধন এবং সংযোজনের অধিকার রাখে।

৩০শে জুলাই রাত ১১:৫৯।
নির্ধারিত সময়ের পরে ছবি জমা দিলে সেটা বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে।

প্রদর্শনীর দিন নির্বাচিত ফটোগ্রাফারদের জন্য কর্মশালা বা ফটো-টক-এর ব্যবস্থা করা হবে।
অংশগ্রহনকারীদের জন্য থাকছে:

2. টি-শার্ট
3. ক্যাটালগ
প্রতি ক্যাটেগরিতে ৫জন করে সর্বমোট ১৫ জনের জন্য থাকছে পুরস্কার।
